Objective: Creating a NASCAR Activation Event Experience with Alvin Kamara

The goal was to create a high-energy, post–Game Day activation that blended NASCAR’s thrill, Alvin Kamara’s star power, and the social influence of New Orleans’ creative community.

Hosted at FIVE O FORE Golf + Entertainment, the activation invited guests — from athletes to influencers — to celebrate after Sunday’s game with a mix of golf, racing, and one-of-a-kind keepsakes.

Mirror Image Photo Booths aimed to deliver an interactive, content-driven experience that merged sports culture, design, and storytelling, positioning the brand as both a luxury photo experience provider and a creative content partner.

The Planning: Designing the Alvin Kamara VIP Activation

We designed our signature Trading Card Photo Booth, a customizable and interactive activation that transformed each guest into the star of their own collectible trading card. To make this activation unique to NASCAR x AK, we built in custom card personalization. Guests could:

  • Input their name directly on-screen, personalizing their player card in real time.

  • Select a “player position” — a fun hybrid of football and racing roles like Running-Back Racer, Quarterback Driver, Speed Specialist, or Pit Crew Captain.

  • See their custom trading card come to life instantly, blending motion, lighting, and branded design.

Behind the scenes, our team handled:

  • The custom card design featuring brand-aligned visuals and logo integration.

  • Lighting and layout optimization for high-volume flow and quality output.

  • Content capture planning to ensure every card became part of a cohesive event story.
