How Our Photo Booth Elevated the Pfizer Essence Fest Activation

As part of the Pfizer Essence Fest Activation, we partnered with DAYBREAK MANAGEMENT GROUP to create an engaging and purposeful photo booth experience during the HBCU Open House at Virgin Hotels New Orleans. Designed to reflect Pfizer’s Global Black Community (GBC), this activation offered a mix of professional polish and shareable fun.

Our “Yearbook Portrait” Experience allowed guests to walk away with elevated headshots and playful branded GIFs, all within a fully wrapped, on-brand booth setup that became a visual anchor at the event.

Highlights

  • 📸 150+ professional headshots captured

  • 🎞️ 100+ branded GIFs shared in real time

  • 🎯 Pfizer-branded overlay for consistency across all media

  • 🌀 Fully vinyl-wrapped photo booth to match GBC branding

  • 🔁 High re-engagement rate—many attendees returned for multiple captures

Outcome

The Pfizer Essence Fest Activation was more than just a photo moment—it was a powerful expression of representation and visibility. Attendees didn’t just pose for photos—they felt seen, celebrated, and connected to a brand that values authenticity.

Huge thanks to DAYBREAK MANAGEMENT GROUP for producing such an impactful event. We were honored to bring this vision to life and look forward to more meaningful collaborations ahead.
